Today is an absolutely gorgeous day in Montauk, and we just heard from our friends from Heron Yacht Charters that they will be back in town in early July! Perfect timing for their private luxury sailing charters in and around the area… You can book them to sail for 3 or 5 hours and have Cameron and Shannon drop you off at Navy Beach for dinner. YAY Summer is here!

Last night’s Montauk sunset was a beauty, followed by an amazing full moon… today is shaping up to be a gorgeous Holiday Friday! Have a safe an happy holiday weekend everyone.

This weekend, celebrate St. Paddy’s Day by making this “Public Punch” for you and your lads to enjoy!
1 bottle Jameson (750ml)
10 lemons
1 cup sugar (add more to taste)
A large bucket (leak-proof preferable, unless you drink really really fast)
Enough ice to fill the bucket
A muddler
Large Straws (one for each of your friends!)
Cut the lemons in half.
Muddle them with the sugar in the bucket.
Add the ice, Jameson, and stir.
Taste, and add sugar if necessary.
Distribute the straws, and drink up!
